1. You fill in the intake form
About ten minutes. It asks what your business or project is, what the site needs to do, what you like the look of, and when you need it. It is deliberately thorough — every question on it is one we would otherwise have to ask you later, and answering them up front is what makes a seven-day build possible.
Nothing is charged and no card is requested at any point in this step.
2. Free consultation
We read what you sent, properly, and reply within one business day. Sometimes that reply is questions. Sometimes it is a suggestion you had not considered. Occasionally it is an honest "we are not the right people for this" — which is worth more to you than a polite yes.
This is also where we screen. We build for legal businesses and hobbies, and we only take on work we can stand behind.
3. We build it, free
The whole site. Custom-coded, not a template with your logo dropped in. Usually about seven days from the point we have agreed the scope and have your content — that second half matters, because waiting on photos and copy is the single most common reason a build runs long, and it is the half you control.
You get a private preview link. Click through every page, try it on your phone, send it to your business partner, sleep on it.
Pro is built in two stages. Stage one is the website itself — free, custom, previewable in about seven days, exactly like every other plan. Stage two is the machinery: booking, accounts, payments, your dashboard. That starts once you are on the plan, and we tell you the timeline before it begins — usually two to four weeks. You still see a finished website before you pay anything.
Why a preview link? Your site lives at a temporary address until you decide. That way you see exactly what you are getting before any money or domain changes hands — and if you say no, no half-finished site is sitting on your business's address.
4. Keep it, or walk away
If you love it, pick a plan. We point it at your domain, run the launch checks, and it goes live. From then on we host it, secure it, back it up, watch it and make your changes.
If you don't, say so. There is no invoice, no cancellation fee and no awkward follow-up sequence. That is the deal, and we would rather honour it cleanly than argue someone into a plan they don't want.
What we need from you
- A clear description of what you do and who for
- Your logo if you have one — and if you don't, say so, we'll manage
- Photos, if the site should have them. Real ones beat stock every time
- Two or three websites you like the look of, and a word on why
- Someone who can answer a question within a day or two while we build
What happens after launch
Your plan covers hosting, the SSL certificate, and update requests — new prices, new staff, new opening hours, a paragraph you want reworded. Email us and it gets done.
Every version of your site is kept, so we can roll it back to any previous deploy instantly if a change turns out wrong. And there is nothing to patch: no WordPress, no plugins, no update treadmill — the thing most small business sites get hacked through simply isn't there.
What counts as one update request: one email containing any number of small changes to existing pages, done together, up to about half an hour of work. Your allowance runs by the year rather than the month, so you can save them up: 4 a year on Hobby, 12 on Business, 24 on Pro.
Bigger things — a new section of the site, an online store where there wasn't one, a redesign — are quoted separately before any work starts. You will never receive a surprise bill.
When we reply
Within 24 hours, on every plan. Send it whenever it occurs to you — you will hear back from a person inside a day, whichever plan you are on and whether the site is broken or you just want a word changed.
If we are going to be away for more than two working days, you will hear about it by email in advance rather than discovering it when you need something.
